SnackPack came to us scared and in pain after kind person convinced him to go into her house. Staff quickly realized that the hissing and slapping were not his true personality. He was loving treats and seemed interested in being pet, something was wrong. After being looked at by a vet and receiving pain killers we began to see his goofy side shine through.
Snackpack has several wounds and one of his legs is fractured in multiple places but he is much more comfortable and enjoying shelter life. There is a high chance he was struck by a car and miraculously found his way to help.
SnackPack still has a long way to go before he makes a full recovery. His has weekly appointments to check on his broken leg and have his cast changed. Until he has fully recovered he is loving his brief breaks from his crate rest and rolling in catnip. If you would like to help support his continued care, or even just his snack fund, all donations are appreciated.
